Preorder & Refunds
Domio currently sells exclusively through preorder. This page explains what that means in practice — before, during and after an order.
Before ordering: what a preorder means
A preorder is a reservation of interest in a product, not an immediately confirmed and paid purchase. When you submit an order from the cart, it's recorded with us, but nothing is charged at that moment — the site currently has no active payment processing. Our team will contact you by email with next steps.
Cancelling a preorder
Since nothing is charged when you submit a preorder, you can change your mind at any point before actual payment is arranged — simply let us know (once a contact channel is available, see below) to cancel.
When payment gets activated
We'll introduce payment and the exact billing method at a later stage, once the first group order with the supplier is confirmed. Before anything is charged to you, we'll clearly notify you and ask for your confirmation — nothing happens automatically.
Delivery
Delivery begins 10-15 days after the order is shipped from the factory, per the note on each product's page. The exact date depends on when the current group order closes.
Returns after delivery
Return rules for after a product actually reaches the customer will be published in detail before deliveries and billing actually begin — in accordance with consumer protection law in Bosnia and Herzegovina (including the statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases).
Contact
We don't have a public contact email yet — this will be added before the official launch.
